Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Counter Pilot, an AI-powered assistant for Clover merchants operated by Evidence Ventures, LLC (“Evidence Ventures,” “we,” or “us”). By installing or using Counter Pilot, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Counter Pilot is an app that runs inside the Clover dashboard. It reads your live Clover data to answer your questions in plain English, surfaces proactive briefings, and drafts marketing messages that you approve or decline before they send.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining a valid Clover merchant account, for approving or declining the sends Pilot drafts, and for complying with all applicable laws — including consent, opt-out, and messaging regulations — when you send marketing messages to your customers through the service.

Beta service

Counter Pilot is currently offered free of charge during a public beta. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features during the beta with reasonable notice.

Termination

You can uninstall Counter Pilot from your Clover dashboard at any time. We can suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or of the Clover Developer Agreement.
